"Perfect place for animal lovers: We LOVED staying here! It's really the perfect place to stay before or after your visit to Litchfield, especially if you're an animal lover. Nina's sanctuary is really lovely, as is she, and we were shown around and met all the animals when we arrived, and helped feed the possums at night and the wallaby joeys the next morning. It's just wonderful falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of nature! The critters are all around you, all the time which we loved.

We made a G&T and took it down to the sunset viewing spot which was nice. We all had dinner together (we took the dinner/bed/breakfast option) around the fire pit which was fun (put bug spray on). Our tent was lovely—it has a fan, twin beds and a deck with loungers. The shower and toilet are shared with volunteers and are in two separate locations, no more than a minute's walk from the tent.

Everything was really clean, and we never had to wait to use either one. Love the mosaics in the shower too. Highly recommended!" June 2021

"THE WONDERFUL WORLD OF SAVED ANIMALS: Family It is difficult to summarise in a few words this amazing experience... This is an essential place for children and adults alike!!! You get so close to kangaroos or other species that Nina protects and saves.

Congratulations and a thousand thanks to Nina and her husband for the installation of this haven animal of peace!!! Her program educates us about the cause of animals by showing us that human beings can also help them instead of killing them. My children are still telling me about this unforgettable place."
